To register for SakyaBeauty.com and Sakya Insider, all you need to provide is your name, email address, and password.
To save the items in your Basket, be sure to sign in.

Resetting Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password?" link on the Sign In screen. Enter your email address, and we will send you a link to reset your password.

Changing Your Login Email Address or Password

You can change your account email address and password on the Account Information page. All your email subscriptions and order confirmations will be sent to your new email address.

Your Sakya Insider page is your destination for everything Sakya Insider related. You can view your year-to-date activity and your current points balance, redeem points for Rewards and gifts and learn about your Sakya Insider benefits. To access this page, simply login to your Sakya Insider Account Sakya Insider Account.

The Sakya Insider Program is our free rewards program in the United States that lets you earn points on all your merchandise purchases and redeem those points for rewards ("Rewards").

For every U.S. dollar you spend on Sakya merchandise online at www.sakyabeauty.com, Instagram Checkout, and Facebook Checkout, 1 Beauty Insider point when you provide or check out with the email address that is registered to your Beauty Insider account. We may offer bonus points events from time to time and in that circumstance the bonus points offer would apply. Separate terms and conditions will apply to each bonus points offer.

All points earned from this purchase, including bonus points, will be deducted from your account when merchandise is returned that was originally purchased using your Sakya Insider account. It is possible your account could have a negative balance after the merchandise is returned.

Sakya Insider Points are awarded for all merchandise that is purchased. If an item is canceled from your order, you will not be charged and you will not receive Sakya Insider points for that item.

If a customer chooses to pay for their order in four biweekly installments, then their credit score isn't impacted.

If a customer chooses to pay for their order in monthly payments and doesn't make their payments on time, then their credit score might be affected. Only monthly payment options might impact a customer's credit score.

A customer can open a dispute with Affirm for an installments order up to 60 days after you've captured payment. If a customer files a dispute, then Affirm will email your Shopify store owner. 

Affirm will resolve the dispute within 15-30 days. Affirm holds the disputed funds during the 30 day period, until they've resolved the dispute.

If Affirm resolves the dispute in favor of the customer, then the disputed funds are returned to the customer. There's no additional cost to you if the customer is refunded.
